The Parry Sound Real Estate Market has been very stable over the years without the large swings in prices witnessed in the Southern part of the Muskoka district. A sizable part of the real estate for sale is waterfront cottages on both Georgian Bay and the inland lakes which helps diversify the market over strictly residential areas. A year round cottage on a good lake typically runs between $800,000 -$3,000,000+ while seasonal cottages on smaller lakes are less.
