Cottage listings on Lake Manitouwabing tend to be very limited in the winter months but with spring just around the corner we’re seeing an uptick. Cottage prices have a large range with starter / fixer uppers going for under $400,000.00 with the majority in the $500,000.00 to $800,000.00 area. Some of the luxury cottages go well north of $1,000,000.00. The Inn at Manitou Golf Club is a large draw and proximity to it can also affect values.
